So, what happens in a Women's Circle?

So .. WHAT happens in a Women's Circle?

is it too 'woo woo' too 'hippie' OR 'do you dance naked under the moon?

That's the biggest question I get!!

and the biggest space for assumption ..

The whole what you 'think' we do and what actually happens kinda thing 😆

Women come to circle for many, many reasons but in over 25 years of experience the main reason is actually CONNECTION ..

MOST women come alone, they get the courage, pull up their 'big girl' knickers and try something different.

Usually born out of unhappiness, aloneness or a space of wanting change, they realise there is something 'missing' so they get the courage to go out and FIND it!

Still curious?

Here's a brief overview of what's possible ..

In a women's circle, we gather in a supportive environment to share experiences, stories, discoveries and emotions.

The circle begins with a grounding or centering exercise, such as a meditation or breathing practice, to help everyone connect with themselves and the group.

I run my circles as a 'series' rather than one offs and I like having a theme of what we are focusing on and working towards.

We have guided discussions and activities that encourage deep reflection, personal empowerment and connection.

The Circle is a BRAVE space ..

You can often tell what's in your heart and on your mind to a group of 'strangers' far easily than you can to the people in your life!! .. This is EXTREMELY helpful.

The circle has no judgement, your not seen as broken and NO one will tell you what to do .. It isn't counselling.

We have a witnessing circle, where each woman has the opportunity to speak and be heard without interruption or judgment.

Activities such as flower readings, creative expression exercises, and guided visualisations may be incorporated to deepen the experience and foster self-discovery.

Throughout the circle, a sense of trust and mutual respect is cultivated, allowing for genuine connections and new friendships to form. Thats is one reason I run my circles a s a series, the possibility for participants to make new FRIENDS.

The circle typically concludes with a closing ritual or sharing of final thoughts, leaving us feeling empowered, supported, and more connected both to your true self and to each other. The circle has MASSIVE potential for personal breakthrough moments.

So there it is .. not a hint of 'woo woo or hippie' just women gathering as we have done across time to SUPPORT one another!!

So, if your ready to dive in NOW might just be the time.

You are WELCOME.
