WAIVER

When you book your place on 'ANY WYLD TRIBE PTY LTD EVENT, INTERNATIONAL SOUL-JOURNEY, DOMESTIC RETREAT, WORKSHOP, CIRCLE, or FESTIVAL in ANY capacity; participant, presenter, market stall holder, traveller, staff or ANY other position; you hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, Sistahood Rising Festival and any of their employees or agents from ALL liability pertaining to physical injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of services & earnings occasioned by or in connection to any of the activities for 'ANY WYLD TRIBE PTY LTD EVENT, INTERNATIONAL SOUL-JOURNEY, DOMESTIC TRAVEL, WORKSHOP, CIRCLE, RETREAT or FESTIVAL in ANY capacity,

You also acknowledge that in voluntarily choosing to participate in ANY WYLD TRIBE PTY LTD EVENT, INTERNATIONAL SOUL-JOURNEY, DOMESTIC RETREAT, WORKSHOP, CIRCLE, or FESTIVAL in ANY capacity; and you are alone 100% solely and personally responsible for any results expected or otherwise..

 

That you alone take FULL responsibility for your own health, mental health, life and wellbeing. You further agree to use your own due diligence & judgment before applying any recommendation that you may receive throughout your time at 'ANY WYLD TRIBE PTY LTD EVENT, INTERNATIONAL SOUL-JOURNEY, DOMESTIC RETREAT, WORKSHOP, CIRCLE, or FESTIVAL in ANY capacity; and respect the privacy and confidentiality of your fellow travellers / retreat participants / event participants / business relationship.

In attending 'ANY WYLD TRIBE PTY LTD EVENT, INTERNATIONAL SOUL-JOURNEY, DOMESTIC RETREAT, WORKSHOP, CIRCLE, or FESTIVAL in ANY capacity; you further agree to abide by any rules or regulations set out by Tracy McFie, Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill or their employees or agents & agree to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your own actions and decisions.

You also further agree to disclose any relevant information related to both your physical and mental health which might be deemed appropriate for your safety and wellbeing.

You acknowledge that your TICKET is NON-REFUNDABLE.

For Presenters, Market-Stall Holders, Healers, Entertainers and the like with regards to the Festivals known as 'Sistahood Rising' OR 'Brotherhood Awakening' Wyld Tribe PTY LTD sanctioned & owned events, we further reserve the right to CANCEL your ticket purchase, application to present or hold a market-stall etc at this event at our discretion where a conflict of interest, misalignment of integrity or any situation deemed appropriate ensues.

We assume no liability towards loss of earnings, assumed stock purchase.

Where possible we endeavour but are not limited to, give two weeks notice at which case any stall fee, presenter fee, entertainment invoice will be reviewed for refund / payment on a case by case basis.

In attending, registering, applying or purchasing tickets to ANY of the listed 'WYLD TRIBE PTY LTD' events in ANY capacity as listed within, you agree that you have fully read the terms & conditions in their entirety and completely agree and with full understanding accept this waiver and all its components in its entirety. Failure to do so will see any ticket as void.

By booking, purchasing and participating in Wyld Tribe Pty Ltd Services or Workshops both one on one or during retreats, circles or Festivals

• Acknowledge that you are aged 18 years or over.

• Understand that Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, and any of their employees or agents are NOT medically licensed physicians, do NOT provide medical advice, do NOT prescribe medical treatment or prescription and do NOT guarantee any result or outcome.

• This service is NOT A REPLACEMENT for medical advice and medical treatment and it is always recommended that you consult with a medically trained healthcare professional before making any health decisions.

• Understand that participation in this service / retreat / festival is completely voluntary and that at any time you may choose to end your participation.

• Readings and information provided in one on one healings / retreats / festivals or events run by Wyld Tribe PTY LTD are for the purpose of guidance only. Nothing is 100% set in stone. While Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, and any of their employees or agents take their work and abilities seriously, they do not accept responsibility for what you choose to do with the information, including any actions you take.

• The choices you make and the actions you take are solely your responsibility. All readings and questions answered, healings, retreat processes & ceremonies are not a substitute for professional services and should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement.

• For any such matter, you should seek advice from a relevant qualified expert.

• Understand that by participating in this service / retreat / circle / festival / event you are assuming full responsibility and you hold harmless Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, and any of their employees or agents and the venue where this service is provided.

REFUND POLICY

• Upon purchase of your tickets to ANY of our events / circles / offerings / festivals / weekend retreats / overseas Soul-Journeys or an application to be a presenter at ANY of our Wyld Tribe PTY LTD events, please note that there will be NO REFUNDS on ticket type.

• There will also be NO discounts for arriving late, leaving early, change of personal plans, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or any unexpected personal events.

• Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the following reasons.

• We really wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (emergencies, delay, injury or illness, etc) but we have costs already incurred when hiring rooms, retreat accommodation, renting space, advertising, land travel, staffing & excursions, insurance, website costs, catering etc.

• Further, Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, and any of their employees or agents also reserve the right to exercise discretion and review all matters on a case by case basis without bias. We are women of integrity and will do ALL we reasonably can to support your needs.

• So in order to protect YOURSELF, your investment and make an informed purchase, please make sure you read and understand the following conditions per event type.

• COVID RESPONSE | In this uncharted climate where country and or state border closures affect travel or domestic events, we CAN NOT offer ANY refunds after the non-refundable deposit UNLESS our vendors pass on their own refunds.. This is a difficult time for everyone, and once more we are women of INTEGRITY so do know we will do all that is responsibly possible to ensure you get value for your investment yet sadly we make NO absolutely guarantees.  On purchase of your ticket you agree to & accept responsibility for your investment and further understand pandemic adjustments to travel and events are well out of the hands of Wyld Tribe PTY LTD & hold NO legal liability for financial loss against Tracy McFie, Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill or Wyld Tribe PTY LTD. 

• If you are accepted as a presenter for a Wyld Tribe event, your position is secured on payment of Presenter Fee. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE Ticket as per reasons above.

• We reserve the right to cancel any position or ticket to any event, where it is not in alignment with our ethos, where it is a conflict of interest, Multi-level marketing or safety & wellbeing for all parties involved.  

 

TRAVEL 

• It is an ESSENTIAL CONDITION of your ticket purchase to take FULL COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE. TO BE CLEAR THIS IS NOT JUST CREDIT CARD INSURANCE BUT A SPECIFIC POLICY, we suggest full comprehensive ‘Cancel any reason’ To protect your investment, we strongly suggest insurance be purchased as you purchase your ticket with us.

• If WE cancel a retreat due to a lack of bookings ONLY, we will refund to you MINUS THE NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, all other payments you have made. We CANNOT, however, compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. This clause DOES NOT INCLUDE GOVERNMENT-IMPOSED CANCELLATIONS DUE TO PANDEMIC OR TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS in which case Refunds MAY not be possible depending on dates & will be reviewed by us with integrity on a case by case basis.

• IMPORTANT NOTE:  For travel retreats, wait until confirmation of retreat BEFORE you purchase an airline ticket. Once you have secured your retreat with NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and we have a CONFIRMED retreat go ahead, you will be added to our closed Facebook Group to receive retreat updates & information.

• A minimum number of participants is required in order for a retreat to run. In the event that we cancel a retreat due to an insufficient number of participants, you will be refunded all land costs paid to Wyld Tribe PTY LTD.

• In the event that Wyld Tribe PTY LTD must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances eg weather, natural disaster, safety reasons, pandemic or political upheaval, we CANNOT guarantee a refund of funds paid after the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit – it will be dependent upon receiving a refund from providers that we work with. This is where your travel insurance will protect your retreat investment and is an imperative component of ALL travel Soul-Journeys.

• If for personal reasons you are unable to use your ticket for ANY of our events you CAN transfer the ticket to another person, an admin fee may be applied.

• In purchasing your tickets to any of our events you FULLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• It is 100% your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation, passport,  & if applicable, visa's, medical records/certificates.  For all countries of travel & re-entry into Australia.

 

PRIVACY STATEMENT

• Your privacy is important to us, so the information you provide through this website or in a one on one session / events / circles / offerings  / weekend retreats / overseas Soul-Journeys is kept confidential and not used for anything other than your booking or purchase.

• No access by third parties or sharing information is permitted at any time. With the exception of Medical information provided on all travel retreats should there be a need for disclosure.

• By signing the registration, you give Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe, and any of their employees or agents permission to give said ‘medical information’ where you are deemed unable to do so yourself.
